This new residential development in Hamilton provided some challenges for the team at Warner with it’s sloping grounds and various levels but each of these issues were successfully navigated. The end result is fencing with both form and function; it provides boundary marking and safety while looking great.Warner Fences Waikato were approached by the developers of Brywood Rise, a large subdivision in Hamilton to supply and install boundary fencing.
The clients were after something a bit different to generic subdivision fencing so went with Warner's suggestion of the Rakakia profile and using two post sizes, 50mm square and 100mm square. Most of the land in the subdivision was level but the existing retaining wall (pictured top left) did present some challenges. In particular, stepping, bad ground, and the location of the posts on the retaining wall. David Breen and his highly skilled team worked with the client to successfully navigate these challenges while still providing a finished product that they were more than happy with. As well as the boundary fencing, Warner Waikato also went on to supply and install the fencing for many of the individual sections within the subdivision through dealings with both builders and homeowners.
