The developers of New Borman Road subdivision in Huntingdon, Hamilton, made contact with Warner Fences Waikato as the subdivision required boundary fencing. Many of the sections in the subdivisions face out to a man-made lake and so fencing was needed to provide safety and security for homeowners and their children and pets. A total of 150 metres of fencing was required and the clients chose the Manawatu profile at 1800mm high in satin black colour. The client wanted something a bit different to standard fencing and so 100mm square posts were used to fulfill this brief, the larger posts also give the fencing a more substantial look. There was also a concrete mowing strip underneath the entire length of the fencing, as seen in the images to the left. Warners Waikato were thrilled to deliver fencing that met the client's brief both practically and aesthetically and the work at New Borman Road subdivision has been ongoing as the development continues to expand.
