Located on a busy main road, this church required boundary fencing and entrance gates to secure its premises. The team at Warner had to work with the many other contractors working on the project, clear communication and organisation meant the job was completed earlier than the agreed handover date. The team at Warner Fences Canterbury recently installed the boundary fencing and sliding entrance gates for St Pauls Trinity Pacific Presbyterian Church on Fitzgerald Ave. Warner worked with Higgs Construction and Simon Gilbert from Thom Craig Architects Ltd to manage the project. The gates had to be installed at different times to still allow site access for the other multiple trades, what could have been a challenge was managed extremely well due to excellent communication and organisation from all involved. A variation was required when a transformer was moved but the team at Warner communicated and worked efficiently to accommodate the change. Site handover was meant to be on Christmas Eve, a very busy time of the year, but the team from Warner Canterbury were thrilled to handover to the client days earlier than planned.
